Our Story

John Guelfi first opened this location in 1941. John ran the business downstairs while he raised his family upstairs with his wife Anna. In the 1950’s, his two sons began working the business and eventually in 1970, his son Eddie became the owner. In 1998, when Eddie retired, his daughter Debbie and son in law John took over. Now John Guelfi’s 2 great grandsons are involved.

I have a lifted 2014 diesel truck which was stolen from a dealership and upon recovering it, had major suspension problems. After fixing everything, I was directed to use Guelfis as they specialize in alignments and have the capacity to work on trucks most normal shops can’t do properly. John Guelfi was extremely knowledgeable and performed the alignment perfectly. I did have to drop off the truck in the morning and pick it up that evening, but it was well worth it to have a trustworthy shop perform the work. Total cost was about $140. I’m very satisfied and would recommend their work.
